Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we do not do cash refunds for your returns. Bra, Sleepwear and Swim Tops can be exchanged. For the exchange to be valid, it:

• must be done within 14 days of your purchase,
• must include the invoice,
• must be in its original fully resalable condition including tags and
• must be in original condition with no obvious signs of having been used, damaged or washed.

Unfortunately, Undies, Swim Bottoms, Swim One Pieces and Shapewear, due to hygiene reasons, are non-returnable. However, if in the very unlikely event you have received an incorrect product, please do contact us so that we can arrange a return. For a return to be valid, it:
